You should only provide information that is reasonably necessary for your request.
Please do not submit passwords, authentication codes, financial account credentials, highly confidential documents, or other information that is unrelated to your reconnection request.

INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE RECIPIENT
The fundamental purpose of RAR is to facilitate the presentation of a reconnection request to another person.
Information you specifically provide for delivery may therefore be communicated to the intended recipient.

• Your preferred name
• Your Telegram username or other contact information you provide for delivery
• The message you ask RAR to deliver
• Relevant information contained within your request where RAR considers it reasonably necessary to present the request appropriately
RAR will not intentionally disclose information that is unrelated to the purpose of presenting your request.
RAR does not guarantee that the recipient will respond, communicate with you, accept your request, or agree to reconciliation or reunion.

RAR may use third-party service providers to operate parts of the service.

Payment information may be processed directly by payment providers such as Stripe. RAR does not require you to provide your full payment card details directly to RAR.

RAR does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or similar authentication credentials in its own administrative records.

INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
If you submit information about another person, including their name or Telegram username, you are responsible for ensuring that your submission is made for a legitimate purpose and does not involve harassment, stalking, threats, coercion or attempts to circumvent an explicit refusal to communicate.
RAR may reject or terminate requests that appear abusive, unsafe or inappropriate.
CHILDREN
RAR is not intended to be used to facilitate inappropriate contact with children or vulnerable individuals.
RAR may reject any request where there are reasonable concerns regarding safety, exploitation, coercion or inappropriate contact.
INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some third-party service providers used by RAR may process or store information outside Singapore.
Where personal information is transferred outside Singapore, RAR will take reasonable steps to ensure that the information receives a standard of protection comparable to that required under applicable Singapore data protection law.
