WHAT RAR DOES
RAR provides a facilitation service.
A customer submits a reconnection request and selects a delivery timeframe.
RAR reviews the request and, where the request is accepted, attempts to present the request to the intended recipient within the selected timeframe.
RAR does not act as a relationship counsellor, therapist, mediator, lawyer, investigator, or representative of either party.
RAR does not guarantee that a relationship will be restored.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESPONSE
Submitting a request does not guarantee:
• That the recipient will receive the request
• That the recipient will read the request
• That the recipient will respond
• That the recipient will agree to communicate
• That communication will continue
• That reconciliation will occur
• That a relationship will be restored
• That a reunion will occur
The recipient remains completely free to ignore, reject or decline the request.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
RAR currently offers the following delivery plans:
PATIENT
$50 SGD
RAR will attempt to deliver the request within 2 months.
CONSIDERED
$200 SGD
RAR will attempt to deliver the request within 1 month.
PRIORITY
$600 SGD
RAR will attempt to deliver the request within 2 weeks.
EXPRESS
$1,200 SGD
RAR will attempt to deliver the request within 1 week.
IMMEDIATE
$2,000 SGD
RAR will attempt to deliver the request within 72 hours.
The selected timeframe refers only to when RAR will attempt to deliver the request.
It does not represent a guaranteed response timeframe.
Paying for a faster plan does not increase the likelihood of a response, reconciliation or reunion.
WHY THE PLANS HAVE DIFFERENT PRICES
RAR intentionally places greater emphasis on patience and reflection.
The lower-cost plans provide longer delivery windows because RAR believes that reconciliation should not be treated as an instant transaction.
Customers may choose a faster plan if they prefer, but paying more does not provide priority from the recipient or increase the likelihood of a positive response.
The price only changes the timeframe in which RAR will attempt delivery.
REQUEST REVIEW
RAR reserves the right to review requests before delivery.
RAR may reject or refuse to deliver a request where it reasonably believes the request involves:
• Harassment
• Threats
• Coercion
• Stalking
• Intimidation
• Manipulation
• Abuse
• Attempts to circumvent an explicit refusal to communicate
• Repeated unwanted contact
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Illegal activity
• Safety concerns
• Inappropriate contact involving a minor or vulnerable person
• Other conduct that RAR reasonably considers unsafe, abusive or inappropriate
EXPLICIT REFUSALS TO COMMUNICATE
RAR will not knowingly assist a customer in circumventing an explicit refusal to communicate.
If a recipient has clearly communicated that they do not wish to receive further contact from the customer, RAR may refuse future requests involving that recipient.
RAR may also maintain an internal record of such refusals for the purpose of preventing repeated unwanted contact.
Where appropriate, RAR may notify the sender that further requests involving the same recipient may not be accepted.
MULTIPLE REQUESTS
RAR does not guarantee that multiple requests submitted by the same person regarding the same recipient will be delivered separately.
Where multiple requests concern the same recipient, RAR may consolidate, reject or disregard duplicate requests.
RAR may treat repeated submissions as an attempt to circumvent a previous refusal and may refuse further service.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.
You must not impersonate another person, provide fraudulent information, or intentionally misrepresent your circumstances.
You must not use RAR to pressure another person into communicating with you.
RESPECT FOR THE RECIPIENT
The recipient has the right to decide whether they wish to communicate.
If the recipient declines communication, the customer must respect that decision.
RAR will not provide tools or services intended to help a customer repeatedly contact someone who has clearly refused further communication.
CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CONTENT
You remain responsible for the content of the message you submit.
You must not submit content containing:
• Threats
• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Blackmail
• Extortion
• Sexual exploitation
• Instructions for illegal activity
• Malicious content
• Personally identifying information that is unnecessary for the request
• Passwords, authentication codes or financial credentials
RAR may refuse to deliver any message that violates these rules.
PAYMENT
All prices displayed on the RAR website are in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout.
A successful payment does not guarantee delivery or a response from the recipient.
RAR reserves the right to refuse a request even after payment where the request violates these Terms & Rules or raises legitimate safety or abuse concerns.
REFUNDS
Because RAR involves review and attempted delivery of a personalised request, refunds are not automatically available simply because the recipient does not respond, declines communication, or reconciliation does not occur.
The following outcomes do not by themselves constitute a failure to provide the service:
• The recipient ignores the request
• The recipient declines communication
• The recipient blocks RAR or the communication channel
• The recipient does not respond within the customer's expected timeframe
• The recipient does not wish to reconcile
• The relationship does not resume
Where RAR refuses a request before any meaningful service has been provided, RAR may determine whether a refund is appropriate based on the circumstances.
Where a customer submits repeated requests involving a recipient who has already explicitly declined further communication, RAR may refuse the additional request and may decline to provide a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights the customer may have under applicable law.
DELIVERY LIMITATIONS
RAR depends on the availability and functionality of the communication channels used to present a request.
RAR cannot guarantee successful delivery where:
• The recipient's Telegram username is incorrect
• The recipient has changed or removed their account
• The recipient has blocked the relevant account
• Telegram or another communication service is unavailable
• The recipient cannot be located using the information provided
• Technical problems prevent delivery
• The recipient refuses to receive the request
NO RELATIONSHIP OUTCOME GUARANTEE
RAR does not promise or represent that its service will repair a relationship.
RAR cannot predict how another person will feel, respond or behave.
The purpose of RAR is limited to facilitating an opportunity for communication where appropriate.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RAR will not be responsible for losses, damages or consequences arising from:
• A recipient's decision not to respond
• A recipient's decision to reject communication
• A relationship failing to reconcile
• Emotional or interpersonal consequences arising from communication between the parties
• Information provided incorrectly by a customer
• Third-party communication platform failures
• Delays caused by circumstances outside RAR's reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
SERVICE SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
RAR may suspend, reject or terminate a request where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the service is being misused or these Terms & Rules have been breached.
RAR may also restrict future requests from individuals who repeatedly violate these rules.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
RAR may update these Terms & Rules from time to time.
Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the service after an update may constitute acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
