THE RAR REFLECTION

Before you reach out, look inward.

RAR asks meaningful questions before allowing a request to be submitted. Not because you need to prove anything to us. Because reconnecting with someone deserves more thought than simply saying: “I miss you.”

WHY WE ASK

Reflection matters.

Relationships rarely end because of one sentence or one moment. Understanding what happened can help you communicate more honestly. Our reflection asks you to consider your own role, your growth, and what you genuinely want from reconnecting.

SAMPLE QUESTIONS

Questions that make room for honesty.

01

What do you believe went wrong? Look beyond the final argument. What do you think actually caused the relationship or connection to break down?

02

What do you personally take responsibility for? What would you do differently if you were given another opportunity?

03

What have you changed? What is genuinely different about you now compared with when you last communicated?

04

Why now? Why do you want to reconnect at this point in your life?

05

What do you want them to understand? If they were willing to listen to one thing, what would you want them to know?

06

What happens if they say no? Are you prepared to respect their decision even if it isn’t what you hoped for?

The goal isn’t to convince someone. The goal is to give them the choice to listen.
